Every great dream begins with a dreamer… and in this story, we have two.

A professional sportsman and an entrepreneurial businessman with a shared dream, passion and vision have achieved something very special for Jersey. We feel privileged to have been part of their journey.

Wimbledon doubles player Scott Clayton and business entrepreneur Morgan Jubb joined forces to build and create one of the best Padel facilities in the British Isles, that is inclusive and open to all. In just two years they have achieved just that, as well as launching an affiliated charity called ‘Padel for All, that will give everyone, no matter their background, income or ability, the opportunity to play the world’s fastest-growing sport. Padel is a fun, social racket sport for all abilities and ages. It is easy to pick up, which explains why its popularity is exploding around the world.

Hannah: “Being a racket ball fan, this was a project that Branca was super excited to be involved with, and she threw herself into the research phase of building the brand by learning how to play the game! She is now a massive fan and, just a heads-up, if for any reason you end up face-to-face with her on a padel court, watch out, she is fiercely competitive! She created the super colourful Island Padel brand and then brought it to life through the website design, signage, social media posts and merchandise. Hannah handled the PR and media liaison for the brand launch event and new facility open day and tournament.”

Branca: “A brand has quite literally been built from the ground up and they have only just begun this exciting journey. Tournaments that will see international players compete, a school programme, kids’ holiday camps, lessons for all age groups and much more is planned at Island Padel based at the St Clement Golf and Sports Centre.”
